We’re hiring a
Collections Specialist
to join a growing real estate portfolio.
As the organization continues to scale, this role is critical in managing high-volume receivables and maintaining strong tenant relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts
Communicate with tenants to resolve payment issues and negotiate plans
Investigate billing discrepancies and collaborate cross-functionally
Support escalations, legal coordination, and third-party collections
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of collections experience
Comfortable handling high call volume and tenant interaction
Excel and systems experience (Yardi a plus)
