Job Description – Responsibilities
Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under $2MM in sales revenue, driving business results through leadership and collaborative partnership with ecosystem partners.
Proactively manages leads and referrals, leveraging bank product knowledge to grow share of wallet and attract new consumers and business households.
Develops ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a COI, coordinating with partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage.
Delivers a differentiated client experience through advanced conversation skills and tailored solutions, resolving client issues courteously and with urgency.
Collaborates with branch team to identify opportunities for consumer and business banking, creating referrals and expanding share of wallet.
Engages clients in the lobby to connect, position PNC products, educate on financial transactions, and apply product knowledge to solve problems effectively.
Manages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and ensuring branch operations are efficient and accurate.
Qualifications
University/college degree or equivalent combination with less than 1 year of professional experience.
Strong knowledge of banking products, business acumen, and customer experience management.
Effective communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and prospecting ability.
Experience in a customer‑focused role and understanding of risk management principles.
Preferred skills include accountability, client loyalty, leveraging technology, and proactive sales.
