Position Overview
PNC’s Retail Banking organization seeks a Business Banking Specialist for the Birmingham, AL location. The Role is responsible for acquiring and expanding share of wallet for consumer and business banking opportunities under USD 2 million in sales revenue, and for managing existing business banking relationships. The specialist will lead proactive lead generation and appointment setting both inside and outside the branch, delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
Job Description
Acquire and expand share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under USD 2 million in sales revenue.
Lead proactive lead management and referral generation, leveraging knowledge of bank products and positioning to attract new households.
Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch, collaborating with partners such as PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, and Mortgage.
Deliver a differentiated client experience through advanced conversation skills, tailoring solutions to clients’ holistic needs.
Work with branch team to identify opportunities and create referrals; coordinate with Branch Manager and Business Banker.
Perform lobby engagement activities, educating clients on financial transaction options and applying product knowledge to solve problems.
Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and ensuring branch operations are efficient and accurate.
