Key Responsibilities: Customer Service

Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal tickets

Assist merchants with basic account questions, status updates, and support requests

Provide clear, professional, and courteous communication

Escalate issues appropriately when needed

Maintain a positive customer experience in all interactions

Data Entry & Administrative Support

Accurately enter and update customer and merchant information in internal systems and CRM

Review documents for completeness and accuracy

Maintain organized records and follow established workflows

Support internal teams with administrative and data-related tasks

Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and internal systems

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage routine tasks efficiently

Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Preferred Skills

Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Experience in fintech, payments, POS, or SaaS environments

Performance Expectations

High data accuracy with minimal errors

Timely response to customer inquiries

Consistent adherence to internal processes and quality standards
