
Property Manager

Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day property management functions, including inspection of property and tenant spaces, building operations and administration, and tenant relations.
Oversee and manage facilities maintenance, tenant improvement, and capital projects, adhering to maintenance schedule, timeline, and budget accordingly.
Oversee and manage third-party vendors, including building engineers and on‑site contractors.
Involve in financial operations of the portfolio, including accounting and financial reporting, scheduled reporting requirements, reconciliation of financial statements and operating expenses, rent collection, and development of operating budgets.
Participate in property operations set-up to include back‑of‑the‑house operations, major building equipment commissioning, and operations and engineering team oversight.
Engage and communicate with tenants, address concerns or requests in a timely manner.
Participate in tenant engagement or industry related events.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of property management or similar experience.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or commensurate with experience.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
Must hold strong communication skills.
Strong technical knowledge of building and property operations required, experience with full life cycle of building up.
Experience with real estate proprietary software is preferred.
Experience with technical commercial building system applications is preferred.
The expected base annual range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 USD, plus annual discretionary bonus. This hourly wage range is an estimate, and the actual hourly wage may vary based on the consideration of many factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the individual’s knowledge, experience, education, qualifications, skills, job location, and the Company’s compensation practices.
