
Operational Specialist (Buckhead)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global’s client is a fast-growing PropTech startup building an all-in-one rental property management platform for property owners nationwide. Their mobile app simplifies tenant screening and onboarding, automates rent collection, streamlines maintenance requests, and delivers clear financial reporting. They support everyone from first-time landlords to large, multi-property portfolio managers.
The team is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to help keep daily operations running smoothly as they scale.
Key Responsibilities
Platform & App Operations
-Monitor iOS and Android platforms for bugs, operational issues, and UX gaps; report findings to product and engineering teams
-Conduct regular QA checks on tenant onboarding, rent payments, maintenance workflows, and financial reporting
-Track, triage, and escalate user-reported issues to ensure timely resolution
-Maintain and update internal documentation and SOPs
Customer & Tenant Support
-Serve as first point of contact for landlord and tenant inquiries (rent payments, account setup, maintenance requests)
-Support tenant screening and onboarding queues for property owners
-Coordinate communication between landlords, tenants, and contractors through the platform
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
-Assist with vetting and supporting contractors used for maintenance requests
-Help manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely service delivery
-Track maintenance requests end-to-end and flag delays or unresolved issues
Financial & Business Reporting
-Pull and compile operational reports (rent collection rates, maintenance resolution times, user growth by plan tier)
-Monitor subscription activity across Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans
-Support leadership with data-driven insights for business and investor updates
Internal Operations
-Assist with onboarding new team members and freelance contractors
-Identify opportunities to improve and scale operational processes
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-3–5 years of experience in operations, customer success, project coordination, or similar roles
-Startup, SaaS, or tech environment experience
-Proficiency in tools such as Notion, Slack, Airtable, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Experience in PropTech, real estate, or property management software
-Familiarity with iOS/Android app QA or issue triage
-SaaS or subscription-based business experience
-Experience coordinating vendors or service contractors
-Basic understanding of rent payment workflows or financial reporting
