Description
Service Desk contract (12+ months with opportunity for extension or conversion). The position is based in Evansville, IN and the Service Desk teams primarily sit in either Oshkosh, WI or Evansville, IN.
Shifts
Monday - Friday
6a - 3p
7:30a - 4:30p
10a - 7p
Will train on a Monday‑Friday 8‑5 schedule
Responsibilities Provide first‑level phone, email, and chat support for all end‑user issues. Resolve tickets using the ServiceNow ticketing system, including handling O365 migrations, access requests, Microsoft issues, break/fix, and SAP issues. Gather, document, and attempt to solve or appropriately triage customer requests and issues.
Qualifications
Experience as a service desk analyst in an enterprise environment, ideally with O365 and Active Directory
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing, Technician support, and Microsoft Office 365
Understanding of Windows 10, Outlook, and basic hardware support
