HVAC Commercial Estimator

Pay: $95,000 – $125,000 per year + bonus

Job Summary:
We are seeking a

Commercial HVAC Estimator

to support bidding and preconstruction for a strong pipeline of commercial projects. This role works closely with operations and leadership to develop accurate, competitive bids and support project planning.

Responsibilities:

Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and bid documents

Perform HVAC takeoffs and assist with estimate development

Prepare pricing for labor, materials, and equipment

Work with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotes

Identify scope gaps, risks, and value engineering opportunities

Support bid proposals and project handoff to operations

Attend pre-bid meetings and occasional site visits

Assist with change orders and project support as needed

Requirements:

2+ years of HVAC experience

(HVAC estimating)

Basic understanding of commercial HVAC systems

Ability to read or learn construction drawings and specifications

Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
