Regional Property Manager As the Regional Property Manager you will ensure the overall success of assigned residential communities by driving operational excellence, achieving financial goals, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading and developing onsite teams, overseeing budgeting and performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations, and fostering strong relationships with residents, staff, and vendors while continuously enhancing the value and performance of the portfolio.

Oversee operations across multiple residential communities
Lead, coach, and develop Property Managers and onsite teams
Drive financial performance, budgeting, and profitability
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and Fair Housing laws
Enhance resident satisfaction and community standards
Analyze market trends to stay competitive
5+ years of property management leadership experience
Proficiency in Yardi, Excel, and reporting tools
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Fun, positive attitude
Customer‑centered mindset
Must have a valid driver license and dependable vehicle
