Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the 55+ active adult demographic to drive community engagement and leasing success.

Assist with lead generation and research potential residents, referral sources and local partnerships.

Collaborate with leasing and property management teams to ensure consistent and compelling messaging.

Represent the community at events, open houses and local gatherings to generate excitement and interest.

Build and nurture relationships with prospective residents, families, senior organizations and local influencers.

Leverage marketing channels such as social media, email, newsletters and community events to reach target audiences.

Conduct market research to stay current on trends in active adult living and inform marketing efforts.

Assist in the design and distribution of marketing materials (flyers, brochures, presentations) aligned with brand standards.

Track and report on the success of marketing and outreach efforts with regular updates to leadership.

Attend community and industry events to increase brand visibility and referral partnerships.

Serve as a brand ambassador by reflecting the values and lifestyle of the community.

Provide on‑site support as needed for leasing activities, resident events and retention programs.

Additional Compensation

Corporate positions: Base salary plus eligibility to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

On‑site property positions: Base salary plus eligibility to participate in weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus programs.
