Job Title
Employee Relations Planning
What you will do
Conduct ongoing research and analysis of employee relations, labor relations, and workplace trends to support proactive identification of workforce risks, morale concerns, and engagement opportunities.
Support the design, execution, and tracking of ER strategies and programs aimed at improving employee experience, morale, and trust in management.
Provide executional and coordination support for ER‑led morale and engagement initiatives such as Family Day, mobile app–based engagement tools, surveys, and other employee experience programs, ensuring alignment with ER objectives, timelines, and operational constraints.
Develop, maintain, and support management‑facing ER tools, such as training materials, guidance documents, and newsletters, to promote consistent messaging, policy understanding, and effective people‑management practices.
Archive and generate quantitative and qualitative reports for HMGMA management as requested.
Perform additional ER‑related administrative or project‑based tasks as assigned in support of departmental objectives.

What you will bring to the role Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree
Major in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field
Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or a closely related people‑operation function with demonstrated involvement in employee relations planning, employee engagement initiatives, or HR program support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications
Extensive knowledge and experience in analyzing data and developing proposals
Preferred:
Experience supporting Employee Relations or Human Resources functions in a manufacturing, industrial, or large‑scale workforce environment with exposure to hourly and salaried employee populations
Competency Based:
Information gathering and processing capabilities
Presentation skills, including lecture skills, speech techniques, and use of PowerPoint
Media utilization capabilities, such as editor skills and meticulousness, and the ability to use various media to convey necessary information in the most suitable form
Curriculum development competency, including planning and establishing learning goals, learning content, learning methods, and learning evaluation
Travel Requirement Domestic / International travel required.

Physical Demands When in an Office setting, the position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include: occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 15 pounds), frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents, and the ability to sit, stand, and walk within the office environment as needed.
When in a Production Area (if applicable): standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended durations; repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials and products (up to 25–30 pounds); manual dexterity for handling power tools, machinery, or production equipment; working in environments that may be noisy, hot, or require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE); ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely and effectively; learning and working on multiple production processes as required; adequate visual and auditory abilities to identify safety hazards and communicate clearly; consistent and punctual attendance; and ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
