Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service, including providing high-quality customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction
Experience enhancing Customer Experience and handling customer inquiries with professionalism
Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and a customer-first mindset
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM tools
Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field is a plus
