Overview
Compensation: $65k-$70k, DOE We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a multi-tenant property. This role works closely with the Property Manager to ensure the property is well maintained, tenants receive responsive service, and all operational functions run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate vendors for maintenance, cleaning, and building services
Conduct property walkthroughs and address maintenance issues
Track service requests and follow up on completion
Assist with contracts, documentation, and compliance tracking
Support incident reporting and project coordination
Help maintain records, budgets, and expense tracking
Assist tenants with requests, amenities, and events
Work with internal teams to support daily operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
1–5 years of property management or related experience
Strong organization and communication skills
Basic financial and budgeting understanding
