As a Labor and Employee Relations Representative, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders supporting represented employees, providing strategic guidance on labor relations, contract administration, and employee engagement. You will work closely with leadership, union representatives, and Human Resources partners to ensure effective labor relations practices that enable operational success and workforce stability.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Psychology, or a related field
Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) contract interpretation and administration
Ability to evaluate, maintain and enhance positive employee relations between union officials, leaders and employees
Familiar with Microsoft office tools
What You Will Be Doing Partner with leaders and stakeholders to navigate complex labor relations matters while driving fair, consistent, and business aligned outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
Advise leaders on labor contract interpretation, administration, and application
Conduct workplace investigations related to employee relations, performance, and grievances
Prepare detailed investigative reports and support disciplinary actions
Support and participate in labor negotiations and collective bargaining activities
Represent the organization in arbitration preparation and proceedingsCoach leaders on employee relations, communication, and conflict resolution in a union environment
Partner with Human Resources Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver people solutions
Build and maintain effective relationships with union representatives and internal stakeholders

Certification(s) in the labor relations discipline
Familiar with HRIS system and/or PeopleSoft software
Capability to engage, influence, collaborate, and develop credibility among functional and program leadership, union leadership, and HR/LR colleagues
Ability to build effective relationships and partner with business leaders to influence labor relations practices, the Fort Worth and off‑site locations, as well as Aeronautics' Labor Relations, in order to execute labor Relations strategy & foundational philosophies
Ability to manage and settle grievances through mutually agreeable outcomes in accordance with collective bargaining agreement
Partnering with internal stakeholders to complete investigations
Administering employee discipline as appropriate
Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Psychology, Employment Law or a related field
Remote Work Part‑time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
