
Associate Property Manager

About the Role
As a CBRE Associate Property Manager, you will manage the financial activities for a large market to drive financial performance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Perform, coordinate, and supervise various regional, client account, and department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions.
Act as a liaison between field management staff, client accounting services, and management.
Oversee the preparation/building of budgets, understand monthly reports to explain variances, and manage the coding and processing of vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables.
Review and monitor data reports including Accounts Receivable, Income, EBITDA, pipeline, and other business metrics. Evaluate income and expense trends to identify opportunities to improve profitability.
Schedule internal compliance reviews. Report review outcomes and work with management to improve operational compliance.
Serve as point of contact to provide customer service support to internal and external clients for complex inquiries and questions.
Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Hawaii Real Estate License required.
Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Ability to understand formulas and/or build formulas within spreadsheets.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Comfortable diving into learning all technology platforms available to excel in this position.
Strong cognitive skills, common sense, and ability to use your own experiences to relate to new tasks you may not have had to perform in the past.
Compensation
Minimum salary for the Associate Property Manager position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary is $70,000 annually. Successful candidates may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
