Emergency Dispatch Operator (EDO)
Promotional opportunities are available after 90 days. The hourly wage ranges from $16 to $18, depending on experience. Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply and will receive additional compensation.
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to alarms and signals while providing exceptional customer service.
Make outgoing calls to verify alarms, dispatch authorities, and notify responsible parties.
Document alarm handling procedures and complete processing as per standard operating procedures.
Training
Participate in a comprehensive five‑week interactive training program designed to prepare you for the role and introduce exciting opportunities.
Requirements
Must be 18 years old.
Customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to type 20–25 wpm.
Basic knowledge of computer applications.
Preferred
Strong problem‑solving skills.
High school diploma or GED.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, punctuality, strong work ethics, and willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.
This position requires maintaining the necessary licensing as part of job requirements.
