
Digital Assets Coordinator

Team/Position Summary
The Content Lab Team at Nintendo of America (NOA) acts as an in‑house creative partner, designed to strategically ideate, innovate, produce, and deliver quality content on various channels. This position will support the coordination of digital assets, ensuring they are archived, tagged, organized, and distributed properly within the digital asset management system.
Responsibilities
In collaboration with leadership and cross‑functional teams, develop and maintain an ongoing process to ensure all materials are catalogued and trafficked properly into the digital asset management system.
Coordinate, maintain, and manage the content of various types of assets, metadata, and media within the digital asset management system.
Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital assets.
Facilitate permissions for internal and external users, ensuring appropriate and secure access to assets.
Assist in the tracking and reporting of software updates and bugs in the digital asset management system.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of related multimedia asset coordination/organization or related archiving experience preferred.
Knowledge around Nintendo game information, franchises, characters, titles, etc. preferred.
Basic understanding of non‑linear audio/video editing programs and graphic design programs preferred.
Familiarity with media file types and data compression techniques/codecs/software.
Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
Solid understanding of descriptive and structural metadata.
Working knowledge of Office 365 software.
Experience with digital asset management systems preferred.
Strong organizational skills.
Associate degree or higher preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
Benefits and Compensation
This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi‑annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
Pay Range: $27.31—$38.22 USD
