Irrigation Service Operations & Sales Manager
Compensation:
$60,000 – $70,000 base salary + uncapped commission
Total Potential Earnings (OTE):
$80,000 – $90,000+ annually based on sales performance and commission

strategic and hands‑on Irrigation Service Operations & Sales Manager
to lead our service division. This is a hybrid role combining irrigation expertise, leadership, and customer‑facing sales responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily irrigation service operations, including technician dispatch, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Lead, mentor, and manage field technicians and office staff for seamless service delivery.
Conduct client consultations, prepare estimates, and present irrigation design proposals.
Provide technical expertise and support during complex repairs and installations.
Manage seasonal irrigation programs (startups, shutdowns, winterization).
Ensure compliance with safety standards and water usage regulations.
Track labor, materials, and profitability to meet financial targets.
Partner with company leadership on forecasting, planning, and process improvements.

5+ years in irrigation service or landscaping operations.

Proven success in estimating, proposals, and customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD and business software a plus.
Valid driver's license: industry certifications (CIC, CID, CLIA) preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
