Role Summary

The MarTech Business Analyst acts as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. This role is responsible for discovery, requirements documentation, governance, and value realization across the MarTech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities Discovery & Requirements

Facilitate discovery sessions with Marketing, Communications, Events, and Digital teams.

Translate business needs into business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Produce process maps, data mappings, and functional documentation.

Tool Ownership & Governance

Serve as Business Analyst and functional owner for tools such as HiHello, Typeform, Canva, and related SaaS platforms.

Define and document standards for templates, access, usage, and governance.

Evaluate enhancement requests for feasibility, impact, and roadmap alignment.

Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.

Validate delivered solutions against acceptance criteria.

Measure adoption, usage, and business impact post-implementation.

AI Use Case Definition

Partner with stakeholders to define AI use cases, benefits, and success metrics.

Document AI requirements, risks, guardrails, and governance considerations.

Qualifications

3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in MarTech, Marketing Ops, or SaaS environments.

Strong experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and user testing.

Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms and data flows.

Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
