We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Product Owner with experience in Agile best practices and client interactions to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a cross‑functional team to deliver high‑quality products that meet business objectives and enabling commercial revenue requirements. You will collaborate closely with the team’s Product Manager and stakeholders to ensure that features are well‑defined, prioritized, and delivered on schedule. Your work will be integral in aligning team activities with company goals and driving the execution of the team’s roadmap.
Job Description
Agile Ceremony Leadership: Facilitate and manage team ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and weekly retrospectives.
Backlog Management: Author detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria to ensure requirements are fully understood and actionable by the development team.
Ticket Management and Sign‑off: Define acceptance criteria and sign off on completed tickets to ensure quality and adherence to requirements.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed on team progress, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback to inform future work.
Roadmap Execution: Work closely with the Product Manager to align on and execute the team roadmap, ensuring initiatives are on track and meeting business priorities.
KPI Tracking and Reporting: Track and report team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with company OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures), providing visibility into the team’s performance and areas for improvement.
Revenue Enablement: This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely incident response and roadmap storytelling across a group of commercial stakeholders to support successful renewals, pocs, and new client acquisitions.
Qualifications
Experience with Agile Best Practices: Solid understanding and hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
Excellent Written and Verbal English Communication: Demonstrated skill in written English with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Must be able to effectively communicate in English with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development processes and ability to translate product and technical requirements into actionable user stories.
API Expertise: Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to design, test, and optimize API integrations.
Data‑Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage data insights to measure progress, inform decisions, and optimize team performance.
Problem‑Solving Skills: Demonstrated skill in anticipating and resolving conflicts and challenges to keep projects on track.
Experience in Product Ownership: Previous experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or similar role is strongly preferred.
Experience in Client‑Facing Solutions: Previous experience working with clients either in product, or a commercial discipline. Experience working with clients on data integrations, responding to incidents or outages, and creating powerful client‑facing roadmap narratives is preferred.

Additional Information This role has a market‑competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range:
83,700.00 - 103,000.00
USD Annual.
Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales‑based incentive or performance‑based bonus.
