We are currently seeking a

Manager, Logistics (Trade Shows & Events)

to oversee logistics operations within our New Jersey fulfillment center.
Position Overview

The Manager, Logistics is responsible for overseeing all inbound and outbound logistics operations for internal and client projects at our New Jersey facility. This role ensures accurate shipping execution, cost control, compliance with federal and state regulations, and proactive issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities

Manage domestic and international shipments, including documentation and customs compliance
Provide transportation quotes and maintain pricing matrices
Track, confirm, and resolve shipment issues (damage, loss, delays)
Enter logistics costs into business systems for accurate job costing
Collaborate with Operations, Project, and Account teams to ensure timely delivery
Select and manage vendors and company vehicles
Prepare departmental profitability reports and manage logistics budget
Monitor market trends and communicate pricing changes
Qualifications

2–4 years logistics, transportation, or freight management experience, or post-secondary certificate
Strong knowledge of U.S. domestic and international shipping
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Analytical mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused, collaborative, and able to work under tight deadlines
