Join our Food & Beverage Team. The hospitality icon founded in 1955 hosts memorable events. This Forbes 4‑Star hotel has over 500 rooms, 60,000 sq ft of banquet space, and 4 food and beverage outlets, including 2 restaurants, a lounge, and in‑room dining.
In this role you will oversee operations in Circa 55, In‑Room Dining and the pool. You will report to the Director of Outlets and have 2 F&B Managers and ~40‑50 hourly team members reporting to you.
Responsibilities
Assist in directing outlet managers to ensure highest quality standards.
Oversee food & beverage budgets and controls.
Administer marketing programs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
Control food, beverage, labor costs and monitor restaurant budgets for efficient operations.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of beverage knowledge, luxury hotel operations experience, and unionized team management experience. Demonstrated values and attributes include:

Pay The annual salary range for this role is $105,000‑$115,000, based on experience and location.
