About the Role Join Soccer Shots as a Sales & Marketing Intern and gain hands‑on experience in both marketing and on‑field coaching. This is a hybrid position combining marketing and sales responsibilities with coaching 5–12 soccer sessions per week. You’ll support outreach, lead generation, and brand visibility efforts—while also leading engaging sessions with children ages 18 months to 10 years old. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants real‑world experience in marketing and enjoys working with kids in an active, high‑energy environment.

Sales & Marketing Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Soccer Shots programs

Engage with potential customers through social media and community outreach

Support lead generation and follow up on inquiries

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities

Create promotional content and marketing materials

Help plan and execute local events and community partnerships

Track campaign performance and assist with reporting

Collaborate with the team on new marketing ideas

Coaching Responsibilities

Coach 5–12 soccer sessions per week

Substitute for coaches as needed

Lead fun, structured, and engaging sessions for children (ages 18 months–10 years)

Maintain a safe, positive, and high-energy environment

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable engaging with both customers and children

Willingness and availability to coach 5–12 sessions per week

High energy and ability to lead and interact with groups of childrenOrganized, reliable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities

Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Previous internship or experience in sales, marketing, or customer‑facing roles

Interest in youth sports, community engagement, or event marketing
