Soccer Shots East County San Diego, LLC, is a team of passionate individuals who are world changers bringing social-emotional skill development to children aged 18 months to 10 years old through the game of soccer. The high-quality and high-energy soccer classes run weekly throughout East and South San Diego. We proudly serve and partner with Preschools, Elementary Schools, and Public Parks, serving thousands of families every week.
About the Role
This vital team member serves as the first contact and introduction to our valuable families whom we are committed to serving with world class, 5 star experience and service. The position is a key component in operations and customer service/sales, setting the tone for the family’s experience with our coaches and curriculum.
What You’ll Do
The role is a mix of customer communication, problem-solving, and administrative execution in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be a key point of contact for families and play an important role in keeping operations running smoothly.
Manage inbound phone calls and emails from families (English & Spanish)
Assist with registrations, scheduling, and general inquiries
Resolve customer issues clearly and professionally
Maintain accurate records and run internal reports
Upload and manage program seasons on internal platforms
Support coaches and operations team with day-to-day needs
Maintain organization of office space and supplies
Keep the vibes high and the atmosphere fun
Schedule
Part-time: 20–28 hours per week
Must be available: Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday (8am–6pm)
In‑person role (office‑based)
Pay & Benefits
$18–$22.50/hr (based on experience)
401(k) with employer match after 90 days
Paid time off (up to 4 weeks per year)
All major holidays off
Monthly phone stipend

Who This Is a Good Fit For
Bilingual professionals (Spanish/English) comfortable handling high-volume communication
Individuals with prior customer service or administrative experience

Candidates who prefer structured, in-person work environments
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (high-volume preferred)
Availability: Monday, Wednesday (8:30am – 5pm) and Saturday (8am–4pm required)
Ability to pass a background check
Commitment of at least 1 year
