About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Ole Tyme Produce. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with independent restaurants, institutions, hospitals, country clubs, casinos, hotels, caterers, schools, and other strategic accounts. You’ll be responsible for driving year-over-year sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service—all from our in-office location. Ideal opportunity for former chefs and/or culinary enthusiasts!
What You’ll Do
Sell Ole Tyme Produce products to targeted accounts and maintain assigned customer relationships.
Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and digital platforms.
Assist customers with online, app, and web orders; process verbal, voicemail, and email orders accurately.
Resolve product and service issues promptly and creatively.
Promote company products and offerings to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer success.
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

Position Requirements
We’re looking for applicants with:
2+ years in customer service and/or inside sales experience.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with customers.
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through on requests.
Punctual, reliable, and ready to start each day prepared.
Creative and proactive in resolving customer issues.Flexible and able to handle tasks at all levels.
Works well independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with Ole Tyme Produce products and pricing is a plus.
