VectorBuilder seeks a Senior Digital Marketing/Marketing Specialist to play a key role in the planning, execution, and delivery of our digital marketing campaigns and advertising efforts, along with messaging, and product launches.
Key Responsibilities for the campaign side
Campaign Strategy Development and Implementation
Collaborate with product teams to understand product features and benefits.
Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored for the product launch, including target audience identification and messaging.
Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, email, content marketing).
Set KPIs and metrics to measure campaign success (e.g., leads generated, website traffic, conversion rates).
Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data‑driven adjustments to enhance effectiveness.
Work closely with sales, IST, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for launch efforts.
Key Responsibilities for the paid media side
Digital Campaign Planning and Execution
Lead, plan, and execute integrated paid media campaigns across various third‑party platforms, including but not limited to paid search platforms, marketplaces, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support product launches/campaigns, ensuring that paid campaigns consistently generate high‑quality leads and measurable pipeline impact.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend new strategies and improvements to optimize ongoing efforts.
Recommend new ideas and consider new approaches and improvements to current/ongoing digital marketing channels/activities
Manage and allocate paid media budgets effectively across channels to maximize ROI and pipeline impact
Build and manage audiences across platforms – Retargeting and lookalike audiences
PR, Communications, and Thought Leadership
Support the development and distribution of press releases and media announcements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to position VectorBuilder in scientific, biotech, and industry media
Help identify and develop thought leadership opportunities (e.g., bylines, interviews, speaking opportunities, commentary on industry trends)
Qualifications and Skills
5+ years of experience in marketing / digital marketing, ideally within biotech, life sciences, healthcare, or a highly regulated industry
Experience in campaign management and leading the delivery across multiple platforms/channels
Hands‑on experience with paid media (Google Ads, Social channels) and web analytics.
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
Strong analytical mindset with comfort working in dashboards and performance reports.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This is a full‑time, salaried, benefits‑eligible position located in our London, Frankfurt, and Chicago offices. The ability to work full‑time in‑person is required for this role.
