
Marketing Manager

Develop production schedules, mail plans, and campaign specifications
Coordinate internal approvals, compliance reviews, and campaign launches
Manage budgets, cost estimates, invoicing, and reconciliation
Align direct mail campaigns with multi-channel marketing strategies
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and internal teams on campaign changes
2. Quality Control & Compliance
Review proofs, audits, and production samples
Ensure adherence to regulatory, brand, and operational standards
Maintain quality control checkpoints throughout campaign lifecycle
Optimize production strategies balancing cost, performance, and timelines
Analyze cost per piece (CPP) and cost per acquisition (CPA)
Recommend cost-effective production alternatives
Identify efficiencies (e.g., shared components, batch printing)
Manage vendor relationships, RFQs, and contract negotiations
Track costs, invoicing, and campaign budgets
Resolve production issues and ensure delivery timelines
Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
Evaluate new production technologies and tools
Drive performance optimization across campaigns
Share best practices across teams
6. Cross-Functional Support
Support enterprise-wide initiatives and special projects
Prioritize campaigns based on business impact and timelines
Qualifications
Required Skills
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Problem-solving and critical thinking ability
Technical Experience
2–5 years of direct mail / print / campaign production experience
Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
Experience with:
Vendor management & budgeting
Compliance and regulatory requirements
Campaign targeting and performance metrics
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
