Position Summary
The Assistant Manager, Marketing Production is responsible for the planning and executing of the direct mail process at Oncourse. This individual will manage the day-to-day production of various projects across Marketing, adhering to timelines and budgets. Review and approve data and creative assets for accuracy. Interface with internal teams and external vendors. Take ownership of various campaign tasks and details. Provide input on increasing the efficiency of the process related to direct mail campaign execution.

Location and Schedule
Located at our office in Naperville, IL, our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in‑office hybrid model (generally T‑TH in office and M & F remote) is required.

Responsibilities

Streamline production under the supervision of Manager.

Ensure OHS is on schedule/target for mail dates and communicating this to team.

Supporting all marketing specialists in the following way: Onboarding, Training, Training Plans, Campaign Support.

Run status meetings with outside production vendor.

Aids with production estimating and actualizing of reports.

Support adoption of new project management tools.

Review and approve data and creative assets for accuracy.

Supports the printing/delivering of marketing materials.

Experience and Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience preferred. A minimum of one (1) year experience in marketing.

Assertive and independent thinking in daily work and decision‑making.

Undertake all aspects of work with a sense of urgency.

Deliver timely, quality, clear, concise and accurate work.

Computer Skills

Experience working with tools such as Microsoft Office and a plus if also experienced with Adobe design programs.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or related discipline or equivalent work experience.

The base pay range for this position is $92,225 - $108,500 USD Annual. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set. The compensation offered may also include an annual performance‑based bonus, sales incentive plan or commission target.
