Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Internal Activation & Storytelling, Global Sponsorships
Location: New York City, NY, USA (5 Days/Week On-site)

Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Suite including Photoshop
Language skills: Fluent in English

Educational Requirements
Current student at a university or recent graduate - preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Sports & Entertainment, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, & related fields - but MUST have the ability to support this role full-time.

Expectations & Tasks
Act as main point of contact for day‑to‑day hospitality operations with North America properties
Manage usage of contractual assets i.e. player appearances, signed merchandise, logo usage
Order food & beverage for all suites and track associated budget
Work with respective venues to ensure suite upkeep
Order branded inventory
Lead all ticketing operational properties through custom SAP customer nomination and ticketing platform
Empower distribution of over 20,000 tickets annually, across the global
Create custom templates for over 1,500 annual sponsorship events across North and Latin America
Report customer attendance at all sponsorship events (daily) to support Global Sponsorships team KPIs
Manage internal Americas, stakeholders for the sponsorships nomination and ticketing platform (system used to nominate, invite, and report across our sponsorship events)
Train new users from Americas marketing, compliance, and sales on the tool
Troubleshoot and communicate with users across their experiences
Expand tool usage to new, internal teams
Align with regional activation teams on best practices for guest communications, ticket distribution, reporting, and employee engagement opportunities
Act as a liaison with the compliance team to ensure all processes are properly documented and updated when needed
Update internal documentation trackers including story and activation calendar and property manager update wiki for weekly review
Manage all shipping needs for the team
