Compensation: $16.50–$17.50/hr (based upon experience). Full Time 9:00am–5:00pm | Rotating weekends and holidays every 3–4 weeks. Full Time Rotating Shifts | Occasional weekends and rotating holidays (3 days per week 11:00am–7:30pm and 2 days per week 9:30am–5:30pm).

Community Life Enrichment and Activities Assistant The Community Life Enrichment and Activities Assistant is responsible for planning and leading programs that bring purpose and meaning to the lives of the individuals who are residents or short-term rehabilitation guests. This position is charged with engaging people to live their best lives and have a good day.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication skills
Ability to interpret instructions (written and verbal)
Strong customer service skills
Capable of working independently or as a team
Creative thinking and positive attitude
Responsibilities And Expectations
Lead resident activities (arts, crafts, dance, music, exercise, brain games and sensory stimulation).
Perform timely documentation.
Keep clinical staff updated on changes to resident condition.
Safely transport residents to programs.
Encourage residents to participate in scheduled events.
Arrange physical environment in preparation for activities to ensure resident and guest safety.
Create a welcoming and festive environment for residents.
Promote and support culture of patient centered care and service.
