Neuroscience Sales Specialist Develop and execute a local business plan in the Tri‑Cities, WA territory (Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, Yakima, and a small section of Western WA) to achieve sales objectives within ethical and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

Drive sales performance in compliance with guidelines, meeting or exceeding forecasts by calling on HCP offices and Mental Health Community Centers both in‑person and virtually.

Use assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives and customize discussions based on customer needs.

Maintain current understanding of local market dynamics, practice structures, evolving customers, and key influencers, and share insights with internal stakeholders.

Provide input into resource allocation decisions across customers/regions, selecting appropriate programs and resources for each customer.

Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager and stakeholders to develop a local business plan that meets all objectives and capitalizes on formulary approvals and other opportunities.

Collaborate with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists on shared objectives and best‑practice sharing.

Ensure timely and accurate administrative management of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, synchronization, sample, and expense reporting.

Build a business plan based on the depth and breadth of customer needs, available resources, and product portfolio.

Complete all required company training on schedule.

Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years of relevant healthcare sales/account management or business‑to‑business sales experience, or recent transition from active‑duty military.

Preferred: Three (3) or more years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience, including launch, antipsychotic, and/or bipolar products.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a valid driver’s license with a safe‑driving record.

Strong desire to improve patient outcomes and commitment to patient‑centricity.

High integrity and adherence to company compliance policies and procedures.

Self‑motivation, initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, excellent decision‑making, and strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Track record of learning and adapting in evolving environments such as the COVID‑19 pandemic.

Agility to adapt to changing telemedicine/virtual environments.

Ability to analyze data/metrics to track progress against objectives and identify new opportunities.

Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information to diverse audiences.

Flexibility to work outside normal hours and accommodate travel requirements, including occasional overnight travel.

Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Benefits & Pay Base salary: $79,000 – $155,000 per year.

Comparable retirement and 401(k) plans; eligibility for long‑term incentive program.

Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year (up to 48 in Colorado, 56 in Washington).

Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year (48 in Colorado, 56 in Washington).

Holiday pay with floating holidays – 13 days per calendar year.

Work, personal, and family time – up to 40 hours per year.

Parental leave – 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care.

Bereavement leave – 240 hours for immediate family; 40 hours for extended family.

Caregiver leave – 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period.

Volunteer leave – 32 hours per calendar year.

Military spouse time‑off – 80 hours per calendar year.
