Position Overview **
As a Sales Closer, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary responsibility is to
engage, qualify, and convert leads
into clients by understanding their needs and determining whether our firm is the right fit. You’ll handle a
high volume of inbound and outbound calls
, and your ability to listen, empathize, and guide potential clients through the intake process will be key to your success. The commission structure is dependent upon the number of new clients you close but is anticipated to increase annual pay by $15,000 to $20,000.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
Qualify leads by identifying legal needs and determining alignment with our firm’s services.
Clearly communicate the value of our estate planning, probate, and trust administration services.
Schedule consultations and follow up with leads to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless client transitions.
