Overview
ReminderMedia is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team and execute high-impact paid advertising campaigns. This role thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and focuses on optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and business growth.

Responsibilities

Build, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms

Manage a high volume of campaign tasks using structured workflows, templates, and internal tools

Monitor performance data to improve lead quality, efficiency, and campaign results

Create and adapt ad copy, images, and layouts; support testing and iteration for ongoing campaign improvement

Troubleshoot campaign and account issues using established processes with strong attention to detail

Collaborate with onboarding and service teams to ensure seamless workflow and project progression

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

2+ years of experience in paid digital advertising, campaign execution, or digital marketing support

Experience building, launching, and optimizing lead-generation paid ad campaigns

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads

Proficiency using templated design tools (such as Canva) to produce ad creative

Experience using AI tools for creative and production (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar)

Ability to manage a high volume of campaign tasks using structured workflows and templates

Portfolio submission with digital ad work samples at the time of application
