Attorney

Seeking attorney with general litigation experience in the greater Charlottesville area. This can be structured as a hybrid or in-office position. The ideal attorney candidate will be able to make appearances in court. Litigation experience required. Estate planning, family law, real estate, business immigration, probate are all pluses. Malpractice insurance coverage, Lexis Nexis access, equipment, materials, etc. provided. Base attorney salary plus fee-splitting, aggressive compensation structure. Flexible options depending on attorney availability and preferences. Individuals with pending Virginia law license are welcome to apply.
