We’re seeking a
Senior Content Designer / UX Writer
to support complex
B2B payments products . This role focuses on
transactional UX content , clarity in high‑risk workflows, and regulatory accuracy.

Only candidates authorized to work on W2 will be considered:
USC
GC
GC EAD
H4 EAD
L2 EAD
(No C2C or sponsorship)
What You’ll Do
Write UX copy for apps, web experiences, and multi-step payment flows
Create help articles, FAQs, tooltips, onboarding, and error messaging
Support new product launches and legacy platform redesigns
Ensure content meets compliance, regulatory, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)
Contribute to content patterns, style guides, and design systems
Partner closely with product, design, engineering, and compliance teams
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in
UX writing or content design
Portfolio with
screens, workflows, and interaction-heavy UX examples
Experience with complex or regulated digital products
Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in ambiguity
Tools: Figma, Confluence, Miro, Lucid (or similar)
Payments, fintech, banking, or regulated industry experience preferred
