Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial operations for the manufacturing division.
Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and procedures.
Oversee cost accounting and cost management activities.
Evaluate depreciation schedules and advise leadership on financial impacts related to tax changes.
Provide support to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as needed.
Perform financial analysis to support plant leadership in decision-making.
Lead, develop, and mentor the accounting team.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
Design and implement KPIs and real-time reporting tools to enhance operational visibility.
Provide financial insight into daily operational decisions.
Drive team performance through training and professional development initiatives.
