Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager – Executive (10832)
Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage
large-scale enterprise projects
from initiation to closure
Drive
project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
Collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Ensure adherence to
project governance, standards, and best practices
Implement and manage
change management strategies
Oversee
performance evaluation metrics
and reporting
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution
Maintain clear communication with leadership on project status and outcomes
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
OR
10+ years of relevant experience as an Enterprise Project Manager
in lieu of degree
8+ years of experience
managing large-scale
enterprise-level projects
Strong knowledge of:
Performance Evaluation frameworks
Change Management principles
Proven experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
University degree in a related field
Experience working in
government or public sector environments
(nice to have)
