Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Commercial Marketing Representative to expand our presence in the commercial sector. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with property managers, facility managers, insurance professionals, and other key decision-makers to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and referral partners

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets

Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and site visits

Promote company services and ensure brand visibility in the community

Track leads, referrals, and sales activity in CRM systems

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure client satisfaction

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (restoration or service industry preferred)

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance industries

Existing network of commercial contacts (property managers, HOAs, etc.)

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software
