Compensation
Base Salary $75k + $1,000 monthly vehicle allowance. Unlimited commission structure with potential to earn $250k–$500k annually after 2 years. OTE: $150k+ year 1; $250k+ by year 2.
About the Role
Area Business Development Manager in Downers Grove, IL. Full‑time salaried management position focusing on sales of guarding services and integrated security solutions.
Responsibilities
Selling guarding services and integrated solutions in an assigned territory.
Working both in‑office at the Securitas branch and door‑to‑door in the field.
Maintaining long‑term business‑to‑business relationships and consistently following up on new and existing opportunities.
Commuting to the Downers Grove branch and traveling throughout the local area, including participating in networking activities that support business development.
Utilizing provided and self‑generated resources to promote, propose, and price solutions.
Applying time‑management, presentation, customer‑service, and team‑collaboration skills.
Creating a business plan to maximize an unlimited commission structure and pursue opportunities to qualify for the all‑expenses‑paid Gold Club trip.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary $75,000.
Unlimited commissions with OTE $150k+ in year 1; $250k+ by year 2.
$1,000 monthly vehicle allowance.
