*What You'll Do:
** Construct fiberglass molds from start to finish
* Prepare molds for production by ensuring smooth surfaces and precise dimensions
* Demold and trim finished molds with care and accuracy
* Maintain tools, equipment, and materials to ensure a clean and safe workspace
* Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot challenges and improve processes
* Ensure every product meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship
*What We're Looking For:
** Proven experience with
*fiberglass resins and composite materials
* (marine, automotive, or industrial backgrounds are a plus)
* Familiarity with
*silicone molding, resin casting, or pouring techniques
** Comfortable using
*hand tools, sanders, grinders, and mixing equipment
** Strong
*attention to detail
