Were seeking a
skilled, hands-on, and detail-oriented Fiberglass Lamination Technician
to join our team. In this role, you’ll design and fabricate high-end fiberglass molds used in the production of quality components for the
taxidermy industry . If you enjoy
pattern making, problem-solving, and working with your hands , this is your chance to build durable, precise parts in a creative and supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
Construct fiberglass molds from start to finish
Prepare molds for production by ensuring smooth surfaces and precise dimensions
Demold and trim finished molds with care and accuracy
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials to ensure a clean and safe workspace
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot challenges and improve processes
Ensure every product meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience with
fiberglass resins and composite materials
(marine, automotive, or industrial backgrounds are a plus)
Familiarity with
silicone molding, resin casting, or pouring techniques
Comfortable using
hand tools, sanders, grinders, and mixing equipment
Strong
attention to detail
and a passion for
quality craftsmanship
Commitment to
safety procedures
and responsible material handling
A
