Otolaryngologist Head & Neck Surgeon
Location: Chittenden, Vermont
Compensation: $350,000 $380,000 + Productivity Incentives
She Recruits is actively representing a hospital-employed Otolaryngology opportunity within a well-established regional medical center in Vermont. This position is available due to a pending physician retirement, creating immediate patient demand and strong referral volume.
This is an excellent opportunity for a general ENT seeking a stable, collaborative practice with strong institutional support and access to modern surgical facilities. Practice Overview
* Established ENT service line with immediate patient volume
* Dedicated operating room block time
* Audiology services on-site
* APP support available
* Collegial surgical and primary care referral base
* Shared 1:3 call rotation
Clinical Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive otolaryngology services including general ENT procedures
* Evaluate and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
* Perform both outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures
* Collaborate with audiologists, APPs, and referring providers
* Participate in shared call coverage
Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
* Eligible for Vermont licensure
* Strong surgical skills and team-based mindset
