$350,000 $380,000 + Productivity Incentives
She Recruits is actively representing a hospital-employed Otolaryngology opportunity within a well-established regional medical center in Vermont. This position is available due to a pending physician retirement, creating immediate patient demand and strong referral volume.
This is an excellent opportunity for a general ENT seeking a stable, collaborative practice with strong institutional support and access to modern surgical facilities.
Practice Overview
Established ENT service line with immediate patient volume
Dedicated operating room block time
Audiology services on-site
APP support available
Collegial surgical and primary care referral base
Shared 1:3 call rotation
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive otolaryngology services including general ENT procedures
Evaluate and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
Perform both outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures
Collaborate with audiologists, APPs, and referring providers
Participate in shared call coverage
Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
Eligible for Vermont licensure
Strong surgical skills and team-based mindset
