Otolaryngologist Head & Neck Surgeon

Location: Chittenden, Vermont
Compensation: $350,000 $380,000 + Productivity Incentives

She Recruits is actively representing a hospital-employed Otolaryngology opportunity within a well-established regional medical center in Vermont. This position is available due to a pending physician retirement, creating immediate patient demand and strong referral volume.

This is an excellent opportunity for a general ENT seeking a stable, collaborative practice with strong institutional support and access to modern surgical facilities.

Practice Overview

• Established ENT service line with immediate patient volume
• Dedicated operating room block time
• Audiology services on-site
• APP support available
• Collegial surgical and primary care referral base
• Shared 1:3 call rotation

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive otolaryngology services including general ENT procedures
• Evaluate and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
• Perform both outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures
• Collaborate with audiologists, APPs, and referring providers
• Participate in shared call coverage

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Eligible for Vermont licensure
• Strong surgical skills and team-based mindset
