Our firm is seeking a highly experienced IT Software Contracts Analyst to support a global, innovation-driven client in the technology and healthcare solutions industry. This role plays a critical part in developing and executing sourcing strategies across Information Technology categories. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in IT software contract negotiations, strong supplier management capabilities, and the ability to lead complex sourcing initiatives with broad organizational impact.
You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to drive business continuity, cost optimization, and long-term value.
Job Description
IT Software Contracts Analyst, you will be responsible for shaping and managing global sourcing strategies within the Information Technology domain.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and implementing global sourcing strategies for assigned IT categories to ensure business continuity and maximize value creation.
Establishing and managing supplier relationships that deliver cost savings, high-quality service, and competitive performance.
Negotiating and executing supplier contract agreements while ensuring adherence to competitive pricing, service-level expectations, and quality standards.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and align sourcing strategies with broader organizational goals and processes.
Leading complex, high-value sourcing projects and initiatives with wide-ranging implications across the organization.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience negotiating IT software contracts
Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree required)
Strong organizational skills
Excellent time management capabilities
Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing global sourcing strategies within large, matrixed organizations
Prior exposure to supplier relationship management in the IT category
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives
