Key Responsibilities:
Read work orders and pull parts for daily assembly tasks
Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet company standards
Identify and report defective parts and materials
Assist in training junior assembly staff to improve skills and efficiency
Work with engineering teams to enhance products and processes
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Perform additional duties as assigned
What You'll Need to Succeed:
1+ year of assembly experience in a plant or shop environment
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
