Job Overview
The Admin Assistant will assist department management in coordinating the day to day activities within the plant as well as track and maintain data and scorecards
Highlights of your role
- Assist Production manager with updating monthly/quarterly business plan matrices and PowerPoint presentations.
- Organize team meetings, provide agendas and minutes
- Assist the Production Manager, including managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in organizing the Plant/Production Manager's monthly update meetings by ensuring proper scheduling, confirming attendee lists, and preparing meeting logistics.
- Collaborate on the development of meeting content and design visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to support key updates and initiatives.
- Assist production employees to ensure timely attendance at appointments and meetings. Provide day-of reminders with details on time and location to help employees stay organized and punctual. (Specific to certain meetings or appts)
- Monitor Tier 0 and Tier 1 scorecards to make sure they are being filled out appropriately and if not work with the PGM to remind Leads and Supervisors to fill in their scorecards.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of computer basics (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ICIM, SharePoint)
- Experience in working in manufacturing
- Experience in working in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent

$21.00 - $29.00 per hour
