Overview
We’re hiring an L1 Network Engineer to support a fast-paced, enterprise environment. This is a hands-on role focused on routing and switching, network support, and infrastructure deployments. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and alongside senior network teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN)
Hands-on work with Cisco routers, switches, and network hardware
Assist with installations: cabling, APs, UPS, and network devices
Perform basic configurations and troubleshooting (routing & switching)
Manage ticket queue (ServiceNow or similar) and meet SLAs
Conduct site surveys and support network deployments
Provide consistent updates via tickets, email, and phone
Support network refreshes, upgrades, and incident response
Work occasional nights/weekends for project support
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of network support experience
Strong fundamentals in Cisco routing and switching (VLANs, TCP/IP, STP, basic routing protocols)
Experience with network hardware installation and troubleshooting
Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems)
Basic knowledge of wireless (APs, controllers) is a plus
Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical environment (lifting up to 60 lbs)
Nice to Have
Cisco certifications (CCNA or working toward it)
Experience with network diagrams (Visio)
Exposure to enterprise environments or large-scale deployments
