Marketing/BD Coordinator

Job Function

Respond to incoming requests in Salesforce and track deliverables

Draft and update professional bios, pitch materials, and marketing collateral

Assist with preparation of presentations, proposals, and RFP responses

Support coordination of client-facing initiatives, events, and campaigns

Process invoices and track related marketing and BD expenses

Conduct research to support targeted marketing and business development efforts

Collaborate with BD managers and cross-functional teams on ongoing projects

Ensure all materials are accurate, polished, and aligned with brand standards

Job Requirements

0–2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related professional services environment

Internship or prior exposure to legal or professional services marketing preferred

Experience supporting proposals, presentations, or client-facing materials is a plus

Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce strongly preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Highly organized with the ability to follow processes and maintain accuracy across tasks
