We are seeking a highly organized and analytical
Project Manager
to support the Software Builders' Experience organization. This role will partner closely with senior leadership, including the SVP, to design and implement a reporting framework that tracks team productivity, output, and overall effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to provide
data-driven insights
supporting headcount and resource decisions
Track workforce metrics across
FTEs and consultants
Translate ambiguous requirements into
structured reporting solutions
Present clear, concise outputs to senior leadership
Align reporting mechanisms with
Agile methodologies
Continuously refine processes and improve visibility into team productivity
Required Skills & Experience
4–8+ years of experience in
Project Management, PMO, or Operations
roles
Strong experience with
reporting, dashboards, and data tracking
(basic analytics is sufficient)
Proven ability to
build processes from scratch
in ambiguous environments
Hands-on experience working in
Agile environments
Proficiency with
Microsoft 365 tools
(Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
Strong communication skills with ability to present to
senior leadership
Self-starter with the ability to
work independently and drive outcomes
